  • All fees must be paid in full upon booking. World Services Ltd. reserves the right to refuse entry if monies have not been received. Seating spaces are offered strictly on a first come first serve basis. World Services Ltd. reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant that does not meet our eligibility requirements. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by email within 72 hours of receiving your registration and payment. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact World Services Ltd. as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. Where written cancellation is received on or before October 2, 2011, delegates will receive a full refund less 50% administration costs. There will be no refund for cancellation received from October 3, 2011 onwards. Substitutions may be made at any time at no extra charge subject to requests being received in writing and approved by World Services Ltd.. World Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the content, timing and speakers of the program without notice. If the conference is postponed or cancelled, World Services Ltd. does not accept liability for any costs or personal expenses such as travel or hotel charges incurred by the delegate. World Services Ltd will continue to hold and use this information to contact you about any future food related events.

  • * Full Conference Pass entitles you to attend all scheduled sessions, including keynotes, workshops, vendor seminars, exhibition, coffee breaks and luncheons.
    * The official language of the conference is English.
    * Registration will only be accepted with full payment by wire transfer, check or Paypal. No credit cards accepted.
    * The registration fee does not include accommodation or travel.
    * Payments made on-site are subject to additional 6.5% VAT surcharge. Only cash is accepted on-site, no checks.
    * Delegates and participants attending the upcoming China International Food Safety & Quality Conference are entitled to a special rate for their room accommodation at the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel.
