Registration Fee

*Registration fee for in-person attendance entitles you to participate in all scheduled sessions on Day 1 and Day 2 (unless stated otherwise), including the exhibition, morning and afternoon refreshment social breaks and networking luncheons. English < > Chinese simultaneous interpretation will be available for selected sessions. Registrants will also be able to download the PPT files that are authorized for sharing by the speakers.

*Registration fee for virtual and on-demand access includes viewing live all scheduled sessions on Day 1 and selected sessions for Day 2. Chinese > English simultaneous interpretation is provided for selected sessions. Registrants will also be able to download the PPT files that are authorized for sharing by the speakers. The on-demand service is available from November 8, 2021 to November 31, 2021. Registrants will receive a link and unique password to access the content. In order to register as student, a valid ID issued proving your status is required.

Payment Methods

Please specify how you wish to settle the registration fee. An invoice will be emailed to you with instructions for making your payment.

Note: Your registration is confirmed and valid only after full payment is received and processed by the CIFSQ Conference Secretariat. If you intend to pay on-site, there will be an additional 6.5% VAT surcharge. Only cash or credit card are accepted on-site, no cheques.

Terms & Conditions

  • The registration fee does not include accommodation, travel or incidental costs.
  • The CIFSQ Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel or change the content, timing and speakers of the program without notice.
  • In the event of natural or man-made causes that are beyond our control, the CIFSQ Conference Secretariat reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event or change venue without incurring liability to attendees.
  • The information you provided in your registration form may be used to contact you about any future food related events and/or may be shared with event sponsors unless you explicitly request otherwise.
  • Attendees agree to allow your photo or video to be taken on-site by the official photographer and to be used for any legitimate promotional purpose by the CIFSQ Conference Secretariat.
  • All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Any form of abusive behavior will result in ejection from the Conference without refund.
  • By registering to attend the CIFSQ Conference, all attendees agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions. It is the attendee's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. Attendees hereby also indemnify CIFSQ Conference Secretariat and agents against and holds it harmless from all or any loss or damage, injury, actions, proceedings or claims arising from any act or omission of the attendee during the course of the CIFSQ Conference.

Group Registrations

Group registration is available by contacting the CIFSQ Conference secretariat, attention Peter Lee: All members of the group must register at the same time under a single invoice for payment. Separate invoices are not provided for each member of your group.


Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. Where written cancellation is received on or before September 30, 2021, attendees will receive a refund of the amount paid less 50% administration costs. There will be no refund for cancellation received from October 1, 2021 onwards. Substitutions may be made at any time at no extra charge, subject to requests being received in writing and approved by the CIFSQ Conference Secretariat.

China Visa / Health Quarantine

Attendees are responsible for checking whether you need/have a valid visa and quarantine requirements for travel into China. Please note that for attending professional conferences and meetings, attendees may apply for a tourist visa. If however you plan to apply for a business visa and require an invitation letter, please contact the CIFSQ Conference Secretariat. Invitation letters are only issued to confirmed registrants.

Hotel Accommodation

Delegates may reserve a room at the official venue hotel and take advantage of the convenience being up close to all the conference sessions, meetings and activities. The venue hotel also offers an ideal location in addition to luxurious amenities and great hospitality. A limited number of rooms with preferential rates are available for delegates on a first come first serve basis.

Conference Language

The official language of the conference is English. Simultaneous interpretation between English and Putonghua is provided for Day 1 and in selected sessions on Day 2.

We will use your registration data to contact you for future events. By registering, you are consenting to provide your personable identifiable information to the Sponsors of this event.
