* The registration fee does not include accommodation or travel.

All fees must be paid in full upon booking. World Services Ltd. reserves the right to refuse entry if monies have not been received. Seating spaces are offered strictly on a first come first serve basis. World Services Ltd. reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant that does not meet our eligibility requirements. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by email within 72 hours of receiving your registration and payment. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact World Services Ltd. as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. Where written cancellation is received on or before October 10, 2010, delegates will receive a full refund less 50% administration costs. There will be no refund for cancellation received from October 11, 2010 onwards. Substitutions may be made at any time at no extra charge subject to requests being received in writing and approved by World Services Ltd.. World Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the content, timing and speakers of the program without notice. If the conference is postponed or cancelled, World Services Ltd. does not accept liability for any costs or personal expenses such as travel or hotel charges incurred by the delegate. World Services Ltd will continue to hold and use this information to contact you about any future food related events.
