Abstract
Recent quality and safety issues with products sourced in China have amplified concern among the industry and consumers both in Asia and for other countries who source ingredients and finished products from China. This seminar is designed to help your company achieve the highest level of confidence in its product quality and safety at all critical points in the supply chain. The seminar will provide ingredient and raw material suppliers, manufacturers, exporters, and agents/distributors of food and nutritional supplements with the hands-on tools and strategies they need to develop a comprehensive food safety sourcing program, including:

 Assessing and identifying risks in your supply chain.
 Implementing key training programs (GMP, HACCP).
 Testing products/ingredients.
 Auditing and inspecting plants/facilities/factories.
 Developing a comprehensive farm-to-table sourcing/traceability program.
 Incorporating a HACCP program to identify and manage risk.
 Implementing cGMPs throughout the manufacturing process.

Biography
Dr. F. Robert Rolle is a Senior Auditor at Shuster Laboratories, Inc. and provides technical consultation to Shuster’s clients in the food, nutrition supplement, and pharmaceutical industries. He is an expert in the areas of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and GMP training and audits, as well as the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system, training and audits. Dr. Rolle is a member of Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) and is Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC) by RAPS. He also has been a spoke person to the FDA and is listed in American Men and Women of Science.<back>
