CIFSQ 2010 is building on the success of our last conference which attracted over 1,000 delegates in Beijing. The 4th CIFSQ Conference is to provide an interactive forum where the latest food safety developments will be presented and current issues discussed. This educational program allows all food safety professionals to examine scientifically sound, risk based approaches and practical strategies to enhance food safety for every step of the supply chain. Delegates will have the opportunity to collaborate on the common food safety challenges in addition to developing their professional skills and knowledge.

China International Food Safety & Quality Conference features a full day of high level keynotes and keynote panel discussions on the first day. The second day will be entirely devoted to breakout sessions organized under various special interest themes.
